1. Introduction

Welcome to Slay Moments! By booking our photobooth services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.



2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of $200 of the total service fee.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the event. If paying in cash, the remaining amount must be paid on the day of the event before the photo booth is assembled.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card or other payment methods as agreed upon at the time of booking.



3. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your booking, please contact us directly via phone and speak with a Slay Moments team member.

  • Client Cancellations: 

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Your $200 deposit will be FULLY refunded.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: The $200 deposit is non-refundable

  • Company Cancellations: Slay Moments reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. In such cases, all payments made by the client will be fully refunded. Slay Moments will not be liable for any additional costs or compensation.



4. Event Changes

  • Change of Date or Venue: Any requests to change the date or venue of the event must be made in writing at least 14 days before the original event date. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability. Additional charges may apply.

  • Rescheduling before less than 14 days remaining for the event may be possible depending upon the availability with additional charges.



5. Use of Equipment

  • Damage to Equipment: The client agrees to take reasonable care of the photobooth and all equipment provided by Slay Moments. Any damage caused by the client, their guests, or attendees will be charged to the client at the cost of repair or replacement.

  • Operational Space: The client must provide a suitable space for the photobooth, including access to a power supply and any other requirements specified at the time of booking.



6. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Slay Moments will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our photobooth services, including but not limited to loss of profits, damage to property, or personal injury.

  • Force Majeure: Slay Moments shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, or any other unforeseeable events.



7. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

  • Use of Images: By booking our services, the client agrees that Slay Moments may use photos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. If the client does not wish for their images to be used, they must inform Slay Moments in writing before the event date.

  • Data Protection: Slay Moments is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that any personal data we collect is secure and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.



8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Slay Moments, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the client's use of the photobooth services.



9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.



10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Slay Moments and the client and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.



11. Pricing

All prices listed are exclusive of GST. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time. We recommend checking the most up-to-date rates with us prior to making a booking.



12. Amendments

Slay Moments reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.
